23rd Annual Toronto Partners Hike For Hospice!
In previous years, thousands of Canadians have gathered across Canada to participate in the national Hike for Hospice to kick off the National Hospice & Palliative Care Awareness Week.
This year’s hike is taking place later in the year, on Sunday September 21st, 2025 as the day for all of us to gather in Riverdale Park for our Family Hike (2KM) or the longer Hike (5KM).
Hospice Toronto has again partnered with Philip Aziz Centre / Emily’s House, and Toronto Grace Health Centre to bring you our 23rd Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice to raise funds and awareness for hospice palliative care in our community.

How to Register for our Hike for Hospice
Step 1:
Choose which hospice charity you will be supporting below and register using the link provided (registration fee of $30/participant):

Step 2:
Follow the instructions in each of the partners page to create your hike fundraising page to support our hike. Once created, customize your fundraising page and share the link with your friends, colleagues, and family.
